This can happen if you’re ordered an item through our website. We might have created a a tracking number, but not handed your item to the Royal Mail. You will send you tracking details via email.
For some items, we use Royal Mail 2nd class. 2nd class parcel services aren’t tacked throughout journey.
It the item was sent to you home, Ask anyone else living there if they accepted the delivery. Please also check if the item has been left with neighbour, or in your designated safeplace.
